in the small town of Morganton, Georgia, population 299. |

In 1978 he opened a one-man
real estate office. From then until now, he has quietly become
the local expert for anything real estate related in Fannin
County. He is currently celebrating his 30 year anniversary as a
licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser
in Georgia and Tennessee. Home-grown foresight helped John
realize the vast growth potential of North Georgia, to the
extent that he devoted his life to help others reside and thrive
in the peaceful atmosphere of the Appalachians. Many past
clients credit John Foster for his discreet direction in helping
them make one of the best investments of their lives. John has
been an active member of the State and National Association of
Realtors since opening his first office. He remains a consistent
supporter of the Boy Scouts and served as their District
Commissioner. Mr. Foster helped organize the first Fannin County
Board of Realtors and served as President for three terms. As a
successful real estate investor, builder, developer and
landlord, John authored the book "Big Bucks in Small Town Real
Estate" in 2006. Remember that no one knows Blue Ridge like we
do, so put our three decades of experience in real estate to
work for you. |

He first began
traveling to North Georgia in 1977, selling mining tires for his
Father to Cities Service Co. They were in the tire business for
35 years before selling to the Bridgestone Division of Cobre
Tire. He has traveled extensively in the Western Hemisphere for
many years. Danny moved back to Fannin County and entered the
Real Estate profession to be closer to his children aged 18, 12
& 10. He enjoys living here because of the unseasonal variety of
outdoor entertainment, great fishing and some of the best big
game hunting in all of Georgia. Danny actively assists both Real
Estate Buyers and Sellers. |
